Based on her new book, True Yoga, Jennie Lee presents the Eight Limbs of Yoga in an interactive way offering you take home strategies for integrating yoga into every moment of life. Daily practices, reflection exercises, and affirmations for each of the limbs will inspire you to new understanding of the sadhana needed for personal balance, even mindedness and joy. Time will be given for questions and group discussion to explore the effects of that the yamas and niyamas have on our mind, body and spirit. Jennie will also discuss what is necessary to start or maintain an inspiring meditation practice.

ABOUT JENNIE LEE
Jennie Lee is a Yoga Therapist who has shared the healing benefits of classical and meditation with thousands of clients over the past 20 years.
